3. Business Listings

Vendors are responsible for ensuring their business listings are accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading. DigiLocal reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

4. Prohibited Content

• False, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Spam, fake reviews, or coordinated manipulation
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content

5. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences. Vendors may not post reviews for their own businesses or solicit fake reviews. DigiLocal reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

DigiLocal and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. By submitting content to the platform, you grant DigiLocal a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigiLocal provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of business listings or user reviews. DigiLocal is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
